Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders placed on our website, www.straightgasli.com will be processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Fridays, or on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: All orders will be processed (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Times
• Local Delivery: Same day or Next day available.
- Shipping Duration: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 2-3 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
- Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your designated location.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- No Weekend Shipments: Please note that we do not ship products over weekends. If your order is processed on a Friday after 12:00 PM (noon) EST, it will be shipped the following Monday.
- Shipping Locations: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship from: Long Island, NY

Unforeseen Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated shipping times, please understand that there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
